At EcorePay, we believe in personalized service for each of our merchants. When you sign up for your low or high-risk processing package, you will be introduced to your personal account manager, who will assist you consistently throughout your relationship with EcorePay. All merchants will also be provided with a general merchant support line, which can be used at any time, in cases of emergency or urgently required information.

Your account manager will be available to assist you from the day you sign-up with EcorePay, and will walk you through every step of the way, including integration, backend navigation, payment enquiries, transaction disputes and more.
